Last week I ordered the mahimahi and the Asian Citrus salad kit. Those are two things I may not have normally chosen, but decided to try something different. I had a brain storm as I was serving these items and put the fish on the salad and drizzled the dressing over the fish--it was as good or better than any restaurant! I placed my first order last week and picked up my bag yesterday afternoon. I ordered the Super Salsa Kit and gave it to a friend/co-worker who makes excellent salsa. This morning, (yes as early as 8 AM), we're enjoying some super-fresh tasty salsa and chips!
I really like the idea of the kits for recipes--having everything you need to make what you like and having fresh ingredients, well, it really makes it convenient and easier. And that way, you don't have to run to the store to pick up that one ingredient you don't have on hand. I expect to be doing a more on-line shopping with Good Apples in the future. Tonight our dinner was entirely Good Apples products. I had ordered some items I've never tried before: yams, brussels sprouts, and boneless salmon fillets. The salmon was outstanding, some of the best we've ever had, and the yams and brussels sprouts were up to the usual high standards of your products.
I also ordered some of the new smoked chicken sausages which we had for dinner yesterday, and we were very pleased with the taste of those.

Although my company has only been participtating with Good Apples for a couple of months, you have been a consistently convenient, value-conscious, healthy way for me to do a good portion of my weekly grocery shopping from my computer. I am single so my order never exceeds $25 and I have plenty of fruits and veggies for the coming week. In addition, your attention to customer service is outstanding. I emailed a question about your frozen products and received a call from a representative at your company the next morning. The only suggestion I have is to consider selling smaller portions of some of your more popular fruits for us single gals. I love bananas but cannot purchase them from you because I would never eat that many before they go bad.

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with Good Apples. I hate to grocery shop and it is so wonderful to just go on line and click on the things that you want and have them delivered to you at work. I have not had a complaint about anything that I have oredered so far. Last week the navel oranges were so sweet that I thought I might have picked it right from the tree. Also I ordered the strip steak but have not cooked it yet. I love that they are individually vacuum sealed and in dry ice when they arrive. I served the blueberries on top of sherbert the other day for dessert at a dinner party I had and the company could not get over how large and firm the blueberries were. You all are doing a fantastic job. I work in a school and having the order delivered is just wonderful. I only wish that I could somehow continue it during the summer months when I am off of school. I have to say I really enjoyed your new produce item--fresh herbs. I used some of each on a homemade pizza last night and it made the world of difference in taste and enjoyment as well as being healthy since I used little meat (turkey). All the veggies I used on the pizzas were from your organization. Just wanted to share that. Also, another fresh herb that goes great with pizza is oregano.
