At Good Apples, nearly every decision we make is influenced in some way by customer feedback. From new product ideas to the way we package our produce, changes are made each and every day in response to thoughtful commentary from our online customer community. Since we've been collecting this information for months, we thought we would share some of the more inventive e-mails and survey responses that have helped make Good Apples one of Pittsburgh's fastest growing companies.Shortly after we thought of this, however, we realized that plastering all of our future marketing ideas online would be a really stupid idea. But since nothing is stopping us from shamelessly filling this page with good old fashioned adulatory praise, please feel free to read some of our favorites.

Sunday, February 24th, 2008 As I have mentioned before, I have never, ever tasted such good quality fruits, vegetables and meat, than I have with Good Apples. I cannot say enough about how good all my purchases have been and my family and I eat healthier because of it. What I love most is that this company has taken an old idea and brought it to the forefront using today's technology. Tuesday, February 19th, 2008 I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with Good Apples. I hate to grocery shop and it is so wonderful to just go on line and click on the things that you want and have them delivered to you at work. I have not had a complaint about anything that I have oredered so far. Last week the navel oranges were so sweet that I thought I might have picked it right from the tree. Also I ordered the strip steak but have not cooked it yet. I love that they are individually vacuum sealed and in dry ice when they arrive. I served the blueberries on top of sherbert the other day for dessert at a dinner party I had and the company could not get over how large and firm the blueberries were. You all are doing a fantastic job. I work in a school and having the order delivered is just wonderful. I only wish that I could somehow continue it during the summer months when I am off of school. I would purchase fruits and vegetables but at least half would spoil after a week or two. With Good Apples' convenient and frequent delivery service, I am able to purchase smaller quantities more often. I am wasting far less and always have fruits and veggies in the fridge. I am also impressed with the quality and freshness of the product and amazingly, the prices are comparable or less than the grocery stores! Wednesday, January 24th, 2007 I have to say I really enjoyed your new produce item--fresh herbs. I used some of each on a homemade pizza last night and it made the world of difference in taste and enjoyment as well as being healthy since I used little meat (turkey). All the veggies I used on the pizzas were from your organization. Just wanted to share that. Also, another fresh herb that goes great with pizza is oregano. If you can get ahold of that herb, then that would be a great addition. Thanks. |
