Rustic Olive is the perfect blend of bread and olives. The crisp crust envelops a light and chewy texture loaded with a blend of chopped green Mt. Athos, black Kalamata and blonde Mt. Pelion olives. A sprinkling of fresh thyme contributes to the subtle fragrance and flavor. You'll want to dip the crags and crests of this loaf into sauces, gravies and soups. Or dip slices in extra virgin olive oil for a meal in itself.
