Fish selections are in sealed bags or cryovaced and packed with dry ice in a lined box to maintain precise temperatures. The packaging is designed to keep the items in a frozen or partially-frozen state upon delivery and throughout the day, regardless of the ambient temperature. This allows you to thaw for use immediately or freeze them for later use.
