Our beef, poultry and pork products are procured exclusively from Weiss Provisions, a Strip District-based company celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2008. This USDA inspected purveyor ages its beef to ensure a superior, tender product that far exceeds the quality you will find at any supermarket, which is why Weiss is the supplier of choice for so many fine restaurants throughout the tri-state area.

When we began talking with Weiss Provisions, it was immediately clear that their ability to provide super-trimmed filets and chicken breasts, custom-cut strip steaks and other meats was a perfect fit for our quality-conscious customer base. Weiss cuts the exact number of each item we need for packaging each morning, ensuring that you receive the very best meat products available anywhere.

Each meat, poultry and pork product we sell is cryovaced and packed with dry ice in a lined box to maintain precise temperatures. The packaging is designed to keep the items in a frozen or partially-frozen state upon delivery and throughout the day, regardless of the ambient temperature. This allows you to thaw for use immediately or freeze them for later use.

Good Apples meat selections are from farm-raised, corn-fed sources.
